PRIVATE STOCK FRAGRANCE

Private Stock is our custom fragrance design service: an original scent, developed from the ground up for your brand. Every Private Stock fragrance is original and confidential — no dupes, no types, no exceptions — and every project is developed by a group of hand-picked formulators.

The $1,500 formulation fee reserves your place in our development queue and covers the design work: your brief, the kickoff call and two rounds of trial submissions (further rounds $500 each). The finished oil is priced separately, by the pound, and set with you during briefing. If it isn't the right fit, we refund the fee minus a $100 review fee.

Everything is tracked on your Stock Fragrance account from purchase to final formula. The brief opens on your account the moment the order lands; we review it together on a kickoff call; our formulators go to work (allow 4 weeks for the first submissions); each trial submission is listed on your project with its date for you to review; you approve your final formula on your account, one approval per design purchased; and once produced, your oil is listed there with its own documentation, to reorder by the pound from the project page — for you and the buyers you authorize, each oil at its own minimum. The files you send us and the files we share with you stay with the project.

We don't transfer or disclose formulas; what you get is exclusivity. Private Stock counts toward your VIP status: the formulation fee and every custom-oil order count toward your annual spend, and at VVIP a custom fragrance design is complimentary, claimed from your account.
